## Verdict

**Bounded positive under the frozen Phase 2 v1 mesa-bridge contract.**

The v1 provenance repair did what v0 could not: regenerate the missing Small
Phase 4 raw trial logs, keep the original 15-cell v0 population, recompute all
registered cells from per-seed raw logs, and close the registered
fixed-attractor, capacity-breach, and mixed-objective falsifiers. Wall-time
remains diagnostic-only.

This is a narrow bridge receipt, not a mesa-general verification result. The
claim is reward-blind detection of signature-signal-control versus
fixed-attractor control on this registered mesa artifact population.

The comparator is the v1 same-artifact-tier raw-trace audit over the files used
by the bridge certificate. It is not full mesa battery regeneration and is
weaker than Phase 1 v6's rollout-work comparator. It is only local boundedness
evidence for this bridge contract, not evidence of general verifier cheapness.

## Claim Boundary

This receipt does not claim:

- general alignment verification;
- literal reward-training detection;
- wall-time-cheap verification;
- a body-resistance / Sundog-regime-2 demonstration;
- progress on P vs NP.

The body-resistance boundary is load-bearing: mesa is marginal on the
body-resistance axis (`FVE(net.7 | 5D) ~ 0.97-0.99`), so this bridge can show
certificate-discipline transfer to the mesa control substrate, not signature
verification where the body genuinely resists its shadow.

## Next Step

Phase 2 can now move from provenance repair to capacity-relative testing:
measure when the signature remains useful as a verifier while resisting cheap
inversion or spoofing. Keep `capacity_threshold = not_estimated` until a
registered attacker/capacity battery estimates it.
