Current public claim shape: K_facet v0.3h remains the structural-zero receipt
pillar, while the wider v0.3-v0.11 program adds a conditional catalog signal:
Floquet velocity-fraction ranks stability within fixed `m3` strata, but not as a
mass-marginal held-out predictor.

The supplementary catalog mirrors and Mathematica-flavored workbench skeleton
remain in this folder because repo-root npm scripts reference them directly.
